Protection Against Unauthorized Access in the Digital Age
With the ongoing digitalization, especially through innovative communication solutions and virtual assistants, there is an increasing amount of digital data being generated. Processes that were once conducted analogously over the telephone are now digitally captured and processed. A sophisticated data security concept is crucial for the optimal use of our technologies.
We achieve the highest security standards by:
- Hosting on TÜV-certified ISO 27001 Telekom data centers with server locations in Germany or the country of our customers
- Utilizing additional software-based security through SSL encryption
- Establishing transparent approval and publication processes with clearly defined access levels
- Offering two-factor authentication with idle session timeout
Beyond strictly adhering to all necessary technical and organizational measures required by the GDPR, we take a proactive approach by continuously updating our security practices and technologies. This strategy ensures that both our employees and customers are always equipped with the latest knowledge and tools to effectively protect their data.
Protection Against Undetected Data Export
In compliance with the strict GDPR regulations for data processing in third countries, we apply the utmost care and appropriate restrictions. To prevent any unauthorized remote access, we rely on the recognized data protection standards of the Telekom Cloud. The entire processing chain, from hosting to the training of our AI models, is carried out completely transparently and traceably in Germany and the countries of our customers. For additional protection, personal data are systematically encrypted and anonymized.
